افتتاح مكتب جينزو للمحاماة في دبي رسمياً

为了贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加强涉外法治建设的重要指示精神，积极响应司法部提出的着力提升涉外法律服务能力，加快培育一批国际一流的律师事务所的重大部署，金州律师事务所于2024年11月20日正式设立金州律所迪拜办公室。

To implement the important instructions of president Xi on strengthening the development of foreign-related rule of law and actively respond to the Ministry of Justice's major initiative to enhance foreign-related legal service capabilities and accelerate the cultivation of world-class law firms, Jinzhou Law Firm officially established its Dubai Office on November 20, 2024.

في هذا السياق، واستجابةً لمبادرة الحزام والطريق، وأثناء دعم الشركات الصينية للتوسع عالميًا وتوسيع سوق شركة جينزو للمحاماة في الخارج، تم رسميًا افتتاح مكتب جينزو للمحاماة في دبي في 20 نوفمبر.

迪拜位于亚非欧交汇点，为海湾地区重要经济中心，区位优势明显、辐射区域广泛，金州律所迪拜办公室设立在阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拜汽车城控制塔31楼。金州律所迪拜办公室的设立是金州律所与阿联酋湖南商会及AYESHA ALJAZIRI等当地律所紧密合作的成果，将为客户提供关于阿联酋特别是迪拜地区（含DIFC等自贸区）法律法规的咨询服务并就特定法律问题提供专业意见和建议，包括但不限于合同起草与审查、公司注册与清算、争议解决/跨境交易与投资、合规与风险管理、知识产权保护、劳动法与雇佣关系等方面。

Dubai, located at the crossroads of Asia, Africa, and Europe, serves as a key economic center in the Gulf region with a strategic location and extensive regional influence. The Jinzhou Dubai Office is situated on the 31st floor of the Control Tower in Dubai Autodrome, United Arab Emirates. The establishment of the Dubai Office is the result of close collaboration between Jinzhou Law Firm, the Hunan Business Council in the UAE, and local law firms such as AYESHA ALJAZIRI. The office will provide clients with consulting services on UAE laws and regulations, particularly in Dubai (including the DIFC and other free trade zones), and offer professional advice on specific legal issues. These services include, but are not limited to, contract drafting and review, company registration and liquidation, dispute resolution, cross-border transactions and investments, compliance and risk management, intellectual property protection, and labor law and employment relations.

تقع دبي عند مفترق طرق آسيا وأفريقيا وأوروبا، وهي مركز اقتصادي مهم في منطقة الخليج بموقع استراتيجي ونطاق واسع من التأثير.يقع المكتب في الطابق الحادي والثلاثين من برج التحكم في دبي أوتودروم، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسيدعم مجلس أعمال هونان في الإمارات ("المجلس") ويعمل عن كثب مع شركات قانونية محلية مثل عائشة الجزيري. سيقدّم المكتب خدمات استشارية للعملاء بشأن قوانين ولوائح الإمارات، لا سيما في دبي (بما في ذلك مركز دبي المالي العالمي والمناطق الحرة الأخرى)، كما سيقدّم نصائح مهنية بشأن القضايا القانونية المحددة. تشمل هذه الخدمات - دون حصر - صياغة العقود ومراجعتها، تسجيل الشركات وتصفيتها، تسوية النزاعات، المعاملات والاستثمارات عبر الحدود، الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر، حماية الملكية الفكرية، وقوانين العمل وعلاقات التوظيف.

The establishment of Jinzhou Dubai Office is a significant step in advancing the Belt and Road Initiative, supporting Chinese enterprises in their global expansion, and effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies and citizens abroad. This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in Jinzhou Law Firm's efforts to expand its overseas legal business.

Looking ahead, Jinzhou Law Firm will remain committed to its original mission and continue to forge ahead with determination. Outstanding young foreign-related lawyers will be stationed at the Dubai Office to provide comprehensive and high-quality legal services to clients both domestically and internationally.
